So in love with this bag. Normally I hate color blocking, but it totally works here. Btw, it’s the Celine Trapeze bag. (I love playing let’s ID the purse, haha. For some reason I guessed Marc Jacobs. But then I looked again at the clasp and realized, that’s not right, it has to be Celine!)
It’s interesting to see how many designers are using this general bag form now, with the side edges (gusset sides?) poking out rather than hidden away (brings to mind pockets peeking out from the bottom hem of denim cutoffs in that “that’s not how it should be, but it totally works”/”you love it or you hate it” kind of way). It’s sort of like a satchel/flap that wants to be a tote :).
Such clean lines and the perfect play of color/texture. Looks so perfectly roomy. I love how the side flaps have snaps, which make them functional rather than just a trendy decoration. And with both a short and a long strap, seriously, major bag lust.
